Eleven Western Builders started as a small commercial contractor in Southern California in 1983. Over four decades, the company grew by earning trust — one job at a time — with a consistent commitment to showing up on time, doing the work right, and documenting everything.
The EWB Facility Services division was built to serve the growing need for a single, reliable vendor that could handle commercial facility maintenance across multiple states — so property managers, operations directors, and facilities teams don't have to manage a different vendor in every market.
Today we operate in 11 states with licensed field crews, a 24/7 emergency dispatch line, and a client portal that gives our customers full visibility into every open work order.
